What are your margins?
Everyone that visits us, especially our guests that participate in the beer making experience, have a big smile of their face. The process takes about 2 hours and moves in sections. The great thing is that, with all of our recipes and our processes, the beer is going to be pretty good. Not only do we suggest pairings, but we are always looking at ways to add beer to the food. When you come back to get your beer, you will get to place your 72 labels onto your beer, and people have a lot of fun with that.
The bold fruity bitterness hits your taste buds from the front and gently melts away to leave a mouth drying aftertaste to get you ready for more. What that means is you come in, we ask you what beer you like to drink, then we help you make 3 cases of your own handcrafted beer. Since opening in 2013, we've grown to two locations, including an incredible new 6,000 sq ft Hopsters in Boston's Seaport District that earned $1.1M in Q1 of 2018.We anticipate almost $6M of revenue from our two locations this year, but that's just the beginning.
These costs included, fixtures and fittings, brewing equipment along with build out costs to build the brewery and pub.There will be no changes in revenues in the next 3-6 months.

Why did you choose the Boston area to expand?

Once you have all the ingredients that you need for the brew, you'll go over to your kettle and start making your three cases of beer, which is about 7.5 gallons of beer.
