I didn’t even realize this made for TV movie was filmed here until one of the characters mentioned that the restaurant his mom owned won the Pacific Northwest’s restaurant of the year award lol Then I started seeing the familiar places, long gone from the gentrification of the last decade. Tried for first degree murder, the team has to come up with a defense approaching his and his families' mental state. Lol it’s a pretty standard crime film, loosely based on a true story, but it’s done well, I think mostly because of the undeniable charisma between these two actors. In the cast, should be mentioned that lovely and talented teen actress Rachael Leigh Cook is the girl raped. And yes, the only reason I watched this was because of these 2 greats.
